Refund Policy

Summary: AstroInsight premium readings are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. We do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated. Please read the full policy below before purchasing.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of premium readings are final and non-refundable. When you complete payment and click "Pay & Get My Reading", your natal chart is calculated and your full reading is generated and delivered to you immediately. Because the digital product is consumed at the point of delivery, we are unable to offer refunds.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The premium reading is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment
  • You waive any right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent EU legislation, as permitted when a consumer expressly requests immediate performance of a digital service
  • You have read this Refund Policy and the Disclaimer before purchasing

2. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure — if you paid but no reading was generated due to a technical error on our side, and you did not receive access to a report
  • Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same reading due to a payment processing error

To claim a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your payment confirmation. We will verify the issue and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

3. What We Cannot Refund

We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You are dissatisfied with the content of the reading
  • You provided incorrect birth data (wrong time, date, or place) and received an inaccurate reading
  • You purchased a reading for someone else and they are dissatisfied
  • You changed your mind after receiving the reading
  • The reading did not confirm what you expected or hoped to hear

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of delivery and your agreement to this policy. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your IP address being blocked from the Service.
