These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AstroInsight (the "Service"), operated by an India-based sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AstroInsight provides computerised natal chart calculations and AI-generated astrological readings based on birth data you provide. The Service is available in two tiers:
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a premium reading. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Premium readings are charged a one-time fee displayed at the point of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
Important: By clicking "Pay & Get My Reading" and completing payment, you acknowledge that the digital service is delivered immediately upon payment and you expressly waive any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase that would otherwise apply under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing.
Our natal chart calculations use standard astronomical algorithms (Meeus VSOP87 series, Lahiri ayanamsa, whole-sign house system). The accuracy of planetary positions is within approximately 0.2° for most planets. The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect birth time, date, or place.
AI-generated interpretations are created by large language models. They are not written by a human astrologer. While we make efforts to ground readings in classical Vedic and Lal Kitab doctrine, outputs may contain errors or generalisations. Please read our Disclaimer carefully.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and written content, is our intellectual property. The AI-generated reading delivered to you is licensed for your personal use only. You may print or save your reading for personal reference but may not republish it commercially.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reading in question.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Astrological readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. See our full Disclaimer.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. However, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
